Cancellation and Refunds

Due to COVID-19, we have extended our cancellation period from 7 days to 21 days.
Either you or Pro Magazines Distributors may terminate or cancel your subscription order at anytime and receive a refund for the unused-portion of your order. You can cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Service at Support@thepromagazine.com or by calling 1-877-665-4155. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 24-72 hours after we receive your request. Refunds of your subscription order will be made after deducting the full single issue cost for each magazine you have been sent, including shipping. We also reserve the right to collect any outstanding fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect. We strive to always resolve all requests in a timely fashion.
